Part 2

So now you have your blog (or many blogs) up and running?! Great. It's time to make money!

1. Modernclick, Adsense, Adbrite, Chitika

Before talking about content creation, add some profit making banners and links to your blog.

Modernlick

Modernlick offers various great converting CPL offers targeting a general audience and also great for niche blogs. What I love most is their "rortting banner" option. Rotating ads makes it easy for you to find out which campaigns actually convert and which don't. To visit Modernclick click here

Adsense

Of course Adsense is a great addition to any blog. However, for general blogs income generated was lot lower than putting modernclikc cmapaigns on the site.

Chitika

Chitika eMiniMalls offer several huge benefits over Google Adsense. The graphics, price and comparison engine add up to increased clickthrough rates.

Chitika takes its inventory from shopping.com. So if your site is about jewelry, instead of using keywords such as "gold ring", "silver jewelry" etc., go to http://www.shopping.com and search for jewelry. This will show you a list of items that chitika will use to display.

Adbrite

I love adbrite! It's a blog advertising network. You place their code on your website and people can buy the ad space on your site. You will get lots of additional visitors from their "marketplace", because your blog will be listed there for free. It's great in conjunction with modernclick and chitika.

2. Content creation

There are several ways to create content real fast.

1. Write your own article and use a spinning software like Uniquecontentgenerator. By using a spinning software you can turn 1 article into 100s of different looking articles with a single mouse click. The basic membership is FREE. 2. Use a software that automatically scans article directories for articles using a certain keyword and automatically downloads these articles. The best program I came across is Article Equalizer

3. Get PLR Content -Private Label Rights Content or PLR Content is content that you don't write, but can put your name to and use as your own. you can also use plr content with uniquecontentgenerator to create even more articles. Searh engines love unique content!

Using PRL content will give you best results! If you can't afford PLR content then write your own article and use uniquecontentgenerator to mutate this article. My third choics are articles taken from article directories. Why? Because it's not unique but used on many, many sites. Google and all other search engines do not like duplicate content!

Adding content manually to your blogs is extremely time consuming! You can have content added to your blogs automatically: 

I love Swiftblogger. All you need to do is install the script, add the login for your wordpress blog and blogger blog, add content (yes, all content you can find!), set up a cron job (this is explained when buying swiftblogger) and forget about it. The script will auto-post content to your blogger blog and wordpress blog once per day automatically.

3. Adding Contextual links

Contextual links are great! What is it? Your Blog (or website) content will be dynamically and automatically linked, by keyword, to your selected affiliate programs, including Clickbank, Amazon, and any other affiliate product you want to promote. Believe me..... this is real profitable especially in combination with plr articles.

How can this be done?

Context Cash and Php Giggle (free)

ContextCASH is a dynamic linking tool that generates affiliate links within the content on your site, on the fly, as it loads up in the user’s browser. These are keywords or keyphrases within any web page you publish that are automatically converted into links for you. ContextCASH looks for keywords and dynamically transforms them into affiliate links that are already embedded with your Clickbank ID, Amazon ID or any other affiliate link from any program you choose.

Now this is pretty cool, because you can use in together with adsense on your site and make even more $$$.

Context Cash is $97 initially and after that $37 per month. So if you already have a blog that gets traffic, join context cash, add the javacode to the FOOTER of your Wordpress template, set up keywords and if you already get a lot of traffic to your blog you should see immidiate results. In this way the membership will pay for itself right away. 

Of course Context Cash code can be added to any website. But by adding it to the FOOTER file of your wordpress blog, you will have the links show up on ALL of your blog sites without any additional effort right away. If you have regular websites, you will have to add the code to every site individually.

Add context cash to your Wordpres template footer:

* connect to your wordpress blog by FTP
* go to you rblog folder
* go to wp-content
* go to themses
* go to "default" (if you are using an other template than default, go to this folder)
* go to footer.php and CHMOD 666

* Log into your wordpress blog at http://www.yourdomain/blogfolder/wp-admin
* go to "presentation"
* go to "Theme Editor"
* Click on "Footer Template"
* Add context cash code right above </body> tag

That’s it!

Go to your Context Cash account and set up your keywords!

But STOP! You might say… Oh god, another monthly membership site! I have no idea if Context Cash will work on my sites and don’t know if it is worth $37 a month.

As stated above, I highly recommend contextcash for blogs / sites that already get a lot of traffic. It is fast to set up. But if you have more time than money and don’t have a site that already gets a lot of traffic, there is a similar tool available for FREE. It is not as simple as Context Cash to install and requires some more work on your part, because it does not search the clickbank or amazon database automatically. You have to feed it with links. But results are the same:  it looks for keywords and dynamically transforms them into affiliate links that are already embedded with your Clickbank ID, Amazon ID or any other affiliate link from any program you choose.

So if you are on a low budget try this one and if you start seeing results, you can upgrade to contextcash later. 

The script is called. Phpgiggle. It can be installed on any site, but due to effectiveness, you will find detailed instructions on installing it on a wordpress blog. I installed an example blog HERE. You can see that the word ACNE is linked to a clickbank affiliate site. The linking is done by phpgiggle automatically.

1. Download phpgiggle for free HERE

2. Unzip it.

3. Upload the whole phpGiggle folder to the folder where you have wordpress installed. Let say wordpress is located at http://www.yourdomain.com/blog. Then you need to upload it to "blog".  

4.  Inside phpgiggle there is a file called myhacks.php. Upload it to the wordpress folder. (That’s "blog" folder)

5. Inside phpGiggle you will find a file called "phpgiggle-config.inc.php.sample". Rename it to "phpgiggle-config.inc.php"

6. open  "phpgiggle-config.inc.php" and edit the following:

• Site URL

• words file location if not using the default (can be ignored)

• phpGiggle administrative password in the file (can be ignored)

• Scroll down to $phpgiggle_show_ads = 1; // Set to 0 to not show ads
  define (’show_ads’,$phpgiggle_show_ads); -> CHANGE VALUE to 0 (instead of 1 enter 0)
  

7. Go to folder phpGiggle/words/ and rename "phpgiggle.words.txt.sample" to "phpgiggle.words.txt"

8. Change permissions on the phpGiggle/words directory AND the phpgiggle.words.txt file therein to 666.

9.  Open your web browser to http://www.yourdomain.com/blogfolder//phpGiggle and login. The default login is (without the quotes) ‘admin’ with password ‘giggle’.

After logging in, check that the configuration is valid by running the test scripts with the ‘validate configuration’ link.

10. Now Make sure hack_file (myhacks.php) is set to True in your WordPress General Blog Settings admin page -> Log into your Wordpress blog, go to "Options", go to "Miscellaneous"

11. You are ready to GO! You may now add keywords and they will show up wherever mentioned on any of your wordpress posts.

Add keyword: this is the keyword
Value: enter your affiliate url here

DONE! Installation is pretty easy and there is nothing really difficult.

There is no doubt that by using the methods explained above you can easily tunr your bog into a passive money making machine!
